Combs Ancestry

This site is dedicated to my maternal great, great Grandparents, James H. (Joseph) Combs and Lucy Huddleston.

The Combs name is English. and it means "west hilly country". The northern part of France belonged to England for two hundred years. So, many from France moved to England when the land was lost to the British.
